How I Started

After becoming a parent, I quickly became aware of all of the toxins that surrounded their pure little bodies. With my husbands history of gut issues and a long healing journey, I grew more determined to ensure our family would have a more holistic cleaner lifestyle. At first, this started with eliminating toxins in our home and changing our diet to real foods, then shortly after, enter: HERBS. I became transfixed with herbs and learning everything I could about them through going down a massive herbal rabbit hole. I checked out all the books from the library, subscribed to all the subscriptions, and did ALL the things to absorb as much information as I could. Less than 2 months go by before I ask my (super handsome, super handy 😏) husband to build me some pretty sweet looking shelves to store the crazy amount of herbs I purchased to start my own little home apothecary!

I immediately began implementing herbs into our daily life through teas, tinctures, poultices, salves, and my favorite, elderberry syrup. It didn’t take me long to tie together gratitude and my new love for herbs; I believe wholeheartedly that these incredibly powerful plants are a gift that grow in their natural elements for our benefit. For the past 10 years I have had some type of herbal concoction being created in my kitchen daily.

Echinacea Tincture

Made with organic echinacea and organic Maui vodka

Non-alcohol tinctures available as well! Made with food grade vegetable glycerin.

Elderberry Syrup

Contains Elderberries, echinacea, rosehips, hibiscus, cloves, ginger, cinnamon, and local honey. *all organic ingredients

Take 1 tsp daily when exposed/as preventative. Take 1 tsp every 3-4 hours when sick for immune boost and to shorten duration of illness.
